Gmail

More and more people has become the user of Gmail which seems has unlimited storage space, so many people store many files on Gmail as the attachment. In fact, this is not so smart way to save your document on Gmail. Fundamentally speaking, Gmail is just a good e-mail system, if you upload so many attachments that will cause a mess, while Gmail do not contain the manage attachment features,

Here is some good advice on the Gmail attachments, which will make your life and work simpler:

1. Gmail maximum attachment size for each file is 25MB. If you want to store some bigger file online, you can use Google Docs which allows you to upload any file up to 250MB.

2. Sometimes Gmail will automatically judge the e-mail with large attachments as spam. So you should head to spam, or trash folder when you can not find some file.

3. When you try to send an .exe file in attachment, for security feature, Gmail will refused to send. The best way is to modify the .exe suffix for any other character, and then upload it to Gmail. Alternatively, some software such as WinRAR can pack it and then can be sent.
