Nexus One has failure
During the last week, some users found a problem about Nexus One when using the 3G network, the phone is will changing the T-Mobile mode between 3G and EDGE. Recently, according to the report, T-Mobile company recognizes that Google Nexus One has a little failure on the 3G application, and doesn’t provide any explanation.
However, to Nexus One user unpleasant, Google has just provided customer support through email, and you need to wait for one or two days for the reply. There have been more then 100 complain about Google Nexus One in the Google official forum.
Google spokesman Katie Watson said: 3G network services failure is being conducted currently, and Google is also preparing a variety of customer support methods to provide timely support services.
I hope Google should figure this problem out as soon as possible, and they should supply the customer better service!
