Apple Release iPhone Firmware 3.1.3

Apple has just released iPhone firmware version 3.1.3 which can be applied to iPhone and iTouch all models. This upgrade mainly fixed iPhone 3GS battery power precision problem, and fixed the collapse of Japanese Kana keyboard problems.

Upgrade Details as follows:

  1. Improves accuracy of reported battery level on iPhone 3GS;
  2. Resolves issue where third-party apps would not launch in some instances;
  3. Fixes bug that may cause an app to crash when using the Japanese Kana keyboard.
