According to the latest news the SlingPlayer application will be available for iPhone. Sling Media has optimized the application, so some people have notified Apple that the existing Sling Media app, which runs over a WiFi network, can now use 3G as well. A Sling spokesman said, “Our app with 3G support is ready to go. However, it needs to be approved by Apple for download in their app store. Once Apple approves it, it will be a free upgrade for existing users.”
