YouTube Announced Video Speed Dashboard

YouTube has claimed that they will provide the "video speed dashboard" function to users, which will show their average watching speed as well as other users speed for comparison.
So from this little function of YouTube, you can see your network connection speed for watching YouTube video, and you can also compare with other users who are watching the same video as you now.
From my viewpoint this is YouTube’s method to show you that your videos are not running smoothly is your problem, or your ISP’s problem. So if you like watching some video on YouTube, and you connection is not so good that you could think about change your ISP service!
