No driver,
Purchased this card from Amazon (sourced from red planet), and, like elsewhere, it comes WITHOUT a driver or any documentation. I could find neither a driver nor documentation anywhere on the Internet including Dell.com, ATI.com (now AMD). Nevertheless, the card seems to work fine with the default windows XP 32 driver at least for basic, non-challenging applications consistent with the very modest price. The video connector on the card is neither the standard VGA nor DVI, but the included cable makes the translation.
I just wanted a basic, inexpensive card for occasional testing of some other PC hardware, and this card does the job, albeit somewhat mysteriously. For day to day and any more serious applications, you will want to use a different card for which there is an available driver.

|Did It’s Job,
I bought this card to test whether or not my previous graphics card was what was causing my system to crash. After putting it in and turning the system on the default drivers were automatically installed by my OS (Windows 7 64 bit). As Mr. Wolfgang pointed out, there are no updated drivers available, at least none that I could find. However, the default drivers are good enough to provide 1080p resolution and the card impressed me by actually running StarCraft II on the lowest settings. Everything ran smoothly, letting me know that it was the old card that was causing my issues.
